- You can place an order directly through our website or via our official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop. You may also message us on our official Instagram or Facebook page for inquiries.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfer.
- Yes, but only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during checkout.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order is processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance, or go to your orders dashboard and cancel the pending order.
- Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.
- Please email us at support@studioreverieco.shop within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage or the incorrect item as proof, along with your order number. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, minor color or design variations, items damaged due to misuse, or custom or personalized items (once available), unless defective.
- COD availability depends on your location and the courier. If COD is unavailable for your area, alternative payment options will be shown during checkout.
- For GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer orders, payments not completed within 1 hour of order placement will result in the order being automatically canceled.
- We work with trusted local couriers, including SPX Express and J&T Express.
- Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
- We do our best to display products accurately, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Not yet, but we plan to offer custom or personalized items in the future. Once available, details and terms will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- Yes. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We do not sell or share your data beyond what is required for payment and delivery.
