2Eligibility
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3Products & Pricing
- •All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.
- •Prices, product availability, and designs may change without prior notice.
- •Product colors and appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- •We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

- •Incorrect pricing or product information
- •Suspected fraudulent activity
5Payment Policy
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- •Cash on Delivery (COD)
- •GCash
- •Maya
- •Bank Transfer
Important Notes:
- •Orders paid via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer must be settled within 1 hour of order placement. Unpaid orders may be automatically canceled.
- •For COD orders, failure to receive or repeated unclaimed deliveries may result in future COD restrictions.
6Shipping Policy
- •Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- •We ship on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).
- •Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location.
- •Once the order is handed over to the courier, Studio Reverie Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier, but we will assist in coordinating concerns when possible.
- •Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error may require additional fees for re-shipping.
7Return & Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your purchase. Please read carefully:
Eligible for Returns or Refunds:
- •Item received is damaged
- •Item received is incorrect
Conditions:
- •Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
- •Proof such as clear photos or an unboxing video may be required.
- •Items must be unused and in original condition unless the issue is due to damage upon arrival.
Not Eligible:
- •Change of mind
- •Minor variations in color or design
- •Items damaged due to misuse
- •Custom or personalized items (once offered) — these will be non-refundable unless defective
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
8Custom & Personalized Items (Future Products)
Once Studio Reverie Co. offers custom or personalized items:
- •All sales will be final after design approval.
- •Refunds or cancellations will not be allowed once production begins, except in cases of proven defects.
9Limitation of Liability
Studio Reverie Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.
10Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
